Anytime I have ordered any meal from this location the meal has been horrible. Regardless of time of day or amount of other people also being serviced the food has always been disappointing. Would not recommend this mcdonalds as the food is always cold or hard enough to break windows would rate lower if I could. Edit: Ordered a meal on 08/08/24 @ 9:15PM as they have recently remodeled their facility within the year. Unfortunately the service is still one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a mcdonalds, the nightshift staff is lazy and very disrespectful to their customers. They refuse to provide what you order. I ordered 4 cheeseburgers which would normally be a simple request. The burgers have certainly been sitting for most of the day and tasted absolutely disgusting, I also only received 3 of the 4 burgers. I then came back around to explain that I am missing a burger. The cashier "Carlos" began arguing with me over the missing burger. I have never been to a restaurant that has provided such poor service and remained in business for aslong as this location has. I will not be returning to this location and will continue to recommend to anyone to go to another mcdonalds or culvers instead. This mcdonalds is ran poorly it's clear that management and their employees could care less what they are feeding their customers and I am almost certain that they do not follow any food regulations due to the meals I have received on either of these two visits. Another $20 meal in the trash, I'll be spending my money elsewhere from here on out.

I visited today and ordered a lemonade slushy, only to find the cup noticeably underfilled—approximately two inches below the fill line. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time. My morning frappés are also regularly served with less than a full portion. I brought this to the attention of the manager on duty, who stated that they were instructed to serve it this way due to the caffeine expanding. At that point, I chose to drive away with a smile and simply said thank you. But as a paying customer, I left feeling shortchanged. With fast food prices rising, it’s frustrating to not only be charged more but also to receive less. I fully understand the effects of inflation and tariffs, but it’s not right to raise prices while simultaneously reducing portion sizes. Just for perspective, I can stop at Circle K and pour myself an extra-large slushie for just $0.89. When I choose to spend more at McDonald’s, I expect consistent quality and value in return. I hope you’ll take this feedback seriously and look into how these portions are being managed at your location. Sincerely,

Lots of empty space but then there is a row of booths crammed next to each other with no dividers. No soda fountain either. Pretty sure the design goal was "eat and get out of here", which is understandable, but it's always been empty. At least there are order kiosks now.

Worst McDonald's ever. These ppl don't know what they're doing. They always charge me for the wrong items and never make my food right. Today I went to get a large coffee black, a large sweet tea and a single cheese burger. Not only was I charged for a triple cheeseburger, when I hand the person at the first when $1 and my card he looked at me like I was dumb and asked me why I gave me money then still swiped my card for the full order anyways before I would respond. Then I get to the next window to get my order. The person try to hand me my tea with the lid half on. So I kindly asked them to make sure the lid was on. Again the person looks at me like I'm stupid. So I show him how the lid is not on. Next he hands me the coffee i order. After just explaining to him about the tea I figure he would have double checked that before handing it to me. Also i was not give a drink carrier for any of the drinks i order. When get my single cheese burger it's actually a triple and I checked the receipt to make sure i wasn't charged for that, mistakes happen, but I wasn't. So when I get home I am carrying the drinks in and the lid to the coffee pops off and burns my left thumb. So I call the store to speak to someone about this and the women that answer the phone at 5:10pm, Sunday June 18th hung up on me. So I called back to get the corporate number and she ttys to give me the store number and proceeds to tell me that they don't have a corporate office. So I ask her what is the name of the company that owns her store since I know it is not Casper, who I have worked for as a manager with before, and she tells me iillas company. Well wouldn't you know I tried to look them up and no such company exist? Go figure right. I urge ppl to never eat here and prey they go out of business bc this type of behavior is in acceptable. I maybe contactong local news...

My family and I have frequented this McDonald's many times for breakfast, lunch and dinner and I wanted to place this review about the service I recieved directly from the general manger herself today. I unfortunately didnt get her name but I wanted to highlight the grace and patience she showed me and my family in our time of need. On August 22nd Our only working vehicle unexpectedly broke down as we were leaving publix, but by the grace of God we were able to push it to the safety of the back of the McDonald's parking lot, thankfully out of the way of main traffic and business flow. The issue with my vehicle is a transmission failire and Im sure many of you know that is a very expensive repair job, money that not many average people these days have available at the drop of a hat. BUT the general manager was gracious enough to not have our vehicle towed away and allowed us some time to figure out the financials and logistics of getting our vehicle moved and fixed, despite the inconvenience to herself. To the general manager I hope God rewards you with greater favor, love and compassion than what you shared with us during our time of need, and to the owner's of this McDonalds, I pray God leads your hearts to show your General manager of this location the appreciation she deserves for the dedication she shows to the business and its clientele.

Edit: After speaking with another manager after our tow service was delayed I was told that the name of the G.M. I had spoke with was actually Qwuan/Kwan, I apologize if i misspelled it, i just wanted to make sure she got...
