Pipo's Restaurant — Restaurant in Citrus Park

Terrible experience! My office staff and I have been going to Pipos for a long time as it is right next to our office location. I just went in for lunch and while ordering over the phone my order was taken down wrong. I very politely called and spoke to the MANAGER and explained what happened. She said she had taken my order and that I didn't specify how I wanted my order. I told her that I did specify and asked that they be made properly, she said fine and then hung up on me! Now ive already gotten to work and had to leave again to go and grab my CORRECT order when I get there she explained that I needed to bring her the other empanadas so that I could get the proper ones without paying. I explained that I would have brought them but I knew that we have a PANDEMIC going on and didnt think she would want me to bring outside food back in FOR THE SAFETY OF THE REST OF HER CUSTOMERS. She argued with me and said she wanted to make sure I didnt eat the other ones. So I had to go back to my office to get the wrong order and then go BACK to Pipos to pick up my proper one. Mind you, These other empanadas have now been in my car, my office, my car again and then back to the store AND I had taken them in and out of the bag a few times. I could understand you wanting to make sure I wasnt trying to pull anything but EITHER WAY the empanadas were going to br thrown away so I am having trouble understanding the angle. I brought them back in and explained that I had been sick and that maybe she should throw them away but instead she grabbed the bag WITH THE SAME GLOVES SHE WAS PREPARING FOOD WITH and took it behind the counter. Also I did NOT physically see her throw them away! This was the WORST experience Ive encountered with a restraunt during these times. Some restraunts arent even allowing refills from outside drinks much less...

I ordered online through bite squad, I get to restaurant and they am say they never got my order. I show them my phone and order confirmation and they tell me they never got it. Talk for 10 minutes about it and the iPad, then a lady brings the food and outs on the counter saying she already filled the order. I get the order and they spilled ketchup all over the exterior of the box. I bring it back in and they get mad at me saying I ordered a long time ago, I said it doesn’t matter when I order the fact is you should be proud of what you serve and that it’s unacceptable to have ketchup all over the exterior of the to go box. She gets made and tells the cook to put my fries back in the fryer and makes them so hard I couldn’t even eat them. They she asked me THREE times what I ordered, I tell her over and over again. I get my meal and they put green beans instead of mashed potatoes after telling them MULTIPLE times what I ordered. This place is a joke, I’ve been coming here for over 10 years but I will NEVER again come back. Worst...

I have used Pipo’s catering for a monthly event I sponsor for around a year now and I have never had anything less than a five star experience! The food is incredible, the price is extremely affordable and they deliver on time, every time. Maria is absolutely incredible! Today I had more people show up than I expected. Maria arrived on time with the food at 11:30 and when I realized I hadn’t ordered enough (the first time ever because their servings are huge!) she ran out the door and brought two additional trays of food before lunch was served at 12. She absolutely saved my day! This is just one example of how wonderful she is to work with! She always goes above and beyond and does it with a smile on her face. If you have any catering needs I would highly recommend giving Maria at Pipo’s a call! Thank you Maria...
