Dunkin' — Restaurant in City of Albany

I go here every morning before work. I will say that 9 times out of 10 this place is absolutely overwhelmed with customers and mobile orders and most times it's hard to get into their parking lot because the drive-thru line is out onto Central Ave or poking out just enough that you can't get in.

However, say what you will about this crew, but they are literally busting their asses every morning doing their absolute ppbest to get all of the orders out. They're always super inundated with drive thru orders meanwhile their mobile order printer is screaming at them while there's a line out the door at the register, and they keep plugging away and making the absolute best of the situation.

Even if they've gotten my latte order wrong a handful of times, I will always give these guys all of the stars and tell them thank you and that I appreciate them all. They all work super hard under a lot of pressure in the mornings for sure, and I'm grateful for them being here and doing what they do. Great bunch,...

I placed a small mobile order for an iced coffee n 4 hot "snack" items WHILE STANDING IN AN EMPTY LOBBY watching 3 staff members scrambling like they were packed. They WERE NOT! I heard my ticket come up and saw staff grab it. I waited 5mins for my coffee, then waited 15mins before mentioning that I was waiting for food. Then Waited 10 more mins BEFORE I had to explain in detail to the 2 staff members standing around with nothing to do while I was waiting for the food (Had to tell them what I ordered clearly again)part of my mobile order! While a man and his son were not even greeted while standing at the front counter waiting to order for 10mins before he took his small son & walked out with not even a hello may I help u? Atleast my coffee was good and of course my food was hot because I watched them make it and hand it to me! I've never spent so long waiting at ANY DUNKIN'...

I write reviews when I see an employee who stands out above the rest. I am writing this review in regards to the employee who took my order. I was buying coffees and bagels for the company I work for. I had to order 5 coffees all different with names on them and dozen of bagels, 3 of the toasted with cream cheese. DJ was very patient , quick, and accurate he had my order ready fast. The who team there worked together and fast. While I was waiting there was 3 cops and a couple who also got serviced quick. Great job DJ, thank you Dunkin' Donuts!!

I visited this location again and the manager was very informative as well as Nyobie who checked me out. I had to get a Mattchiato & an espresso shot for my boss, but I didn't know what flavor to get him. The manager gave me it plain and put 2 different flavors & an espresso shot in separate little containers. I want to say...
