Dunkin' — Restaurant in City of Albany

I'm not sure what is going on with a few of these businesses lately. I went into Dunkin' donuts to get a ice mocha latte. When I entered Dunkin' donuts there were two young children sitting at two of the tables with a German shepherd puppy. Please understand that I absolutely love dogs and I have to say I am truly bothered. The puppy was crying and the little girl was holding the puppy's face telling it to be quiet. I'm sure that these children and puppy had to belong to one of the employees. I didn't bother to order and decided that it was best for me to leave. Seeing the kids there and the puppy with a chain around his neck and a green bow just wasn't acceptable. Some people do not deserve animals. Very upsetting. Time before given tea instead of coffee, but mistakes happen. Last time I went they told the car ahead of me in the drive thru they would be right with her, 10 mins later she gets no help and leaves. I pass by the speaker as well to the window. She gets no help there and leaves. I park thinking maybe there was an issue with the drive thru speaker. I go in. I am standing waiting to order, 5 mins later (yes really 5 mins) someone asks. They then get my ice coffee, but he has to leave asks someone else to ring me out, she is fiddling with papers. 2 mins later I leave the coffee on the counter and walk out. Super fast service. The lady at the window was ridiculously nice; I believe her name was Jessica and she was working around 1 p.m. today. She is the epitome and prime example of how a Dunkin donuts attendant should speak to someone. Set location seemed very clean from the outside. I would say the only flaw that I can visibly see is the extreme potholes next to the drive-thru area. They might want to invest a little bit of money to make it look a tad nicer. people tend to judge books by their covers and let's just say this one looks a little bit worn out but I'm sure can be polished up with some minor repairs.
