Update* ordered again tonight. Large cheese pizza with extra cheese and 10 honey bbq wings. 100% on point. Delicious and hot. Also I don’t think it even took 30 minutes to arrive. We all make mistakes but the way we handle those mistakes is what makes a good company and pizza Bella has definitely gone above and beyond.
Edit*. The manager Contacted us and was more than apologetic. He ensured us this will not occur again and they resolved the issue. We were extremely impressed that they cared enough to reach out and try to make right of the situation. We will be back again.
So my wife and I have been ordering from here pretty regularly for a few years now. As of late it seems like quality of the food and service has definitely dropped. The consistency of the pizza is not there. 1 time the pizza is on point and good than the next time it tastes like it’s from a whole different place. The last time we ordered a sausage peppers and onions pizza. I even spoke slowly on the phone to make sure there were no mistakes. About 45 minutes goes by and our pizza arrives and it is pepperoni sausage and onions. They even read back verbatim what I said on the phone. I called. They made our correct pizza and they picked up the old one. But it is frustrating waiting 2 hours for a pizza. The kicker is this was the time after we had ordered a special that was 13 or 14 bucks. When the pizza arrived the bill was 22 bucks. I had already paid so I just called after and they gave us a credit we had used. Don’t get me wrong they try to make right on their mistakes but the mistakes seem to be happening more and more. We will take a break ordering from here and hopefully they get it together. They used to be on point more often than not but lately...
Read moreThis place Usually has really good food. It has been our go-to pizza place since finding hair at Noho Pizza on Lark and having poor-quality food at Soho Pizza (also on Lark). We live in the Center Square neighborhood and so ordering from Pizza Bella is not an accidental decision.
Last night we ordered a Sicilian pizza instead of a regular pizza. I cannot describe it as anything but "bad". The crust/dough was so dry and flavorless that I was almost confused when Trying to eat it. It was also hard and barely warm. There was way too much cheese and there were large bits of I assume (HOPE!) was seasoning in the sauce that I had to pick off. I could only eat one piece and not even the whole thing.
The garlic knots, while okay tasting, were Very oily and some parts of them were hard. It almost seemed like the dough for the pizza and the knots were old/reheated instead of being new. Maybe that's what it was, maybe no one ever orders Sicilian pizza so they just make them ahead of time and reheat. Maybe it was a slow garlic knot day and the same thing happened -- either way, 2 of our 3 food items were mostly inedible.
The 3rd item we ordered, boneless wings, were great -- or so my non-vegetarian wife told me. I, however, am a vegetarian and so the food items we ordered that I could eat, I was not able to.
We would have called about it but do not want to worry about our next order being "messed with", as is always a concern with the food service industry. It was far too late at night anyway for this problem to have been corrected, so I am leaving this review in hopes that someone from Pizza Bella will step up and do the right thing.
We are just looking to be reimbursed for...

Story: Came here by invitation for a car/ bike meet at Westgate plaza (where this is located). My friend went to buy us some pizza. My friend asked if he could get rid of some singles to pay for it. The counter man shared he would take all singles, "I'm nearly out!". So, my friend takes out a stack of singles, semi fresh from the bank. "I can hook you up if you need a lot, but it's a lot to count." The counter man says yes, "I have a bill counter that can do it quickly!".
The bill counter was within view, and the reader (that tells how many it counted) was visible from where we stood, so he agreed to give him the stacks to count.
This being a week ago, I don't recall the exact number of singles, it was over 200, but, I do recall the man trying to pay 60 dollars less... When my friend called him out on it in a friendly way, 2 minutes later (when we got our pizza handed to us), he denied it. But then my friend showed he knew what the counter read, and that he knew the counter guy knew, and then the counter guy smiled and said "ahhh, you got me, I was just messing with you.".
He then went into the cash register and gave him his 60 dollars...
He wasn't trying to mess with him... He was hoping my friend was inebriated like some of the other people that were in the pizza shop were, and to get an easy $60 off of him.
If he does that to the wrong person, won't go well with him. Not only is this not professional, it's scummy. Would not go here again.
Also, pizza was...
