My every day go-to Dunkin'. They recently moved to elsewhere within the hospital and it it so much cleaner and more spacious. The food speed can be pretty hit-or-miss. Some days I order, walk in, and it's already done. Other days, I stand around and wait fifteen minutes. My main issue is when you order a drink, they almost never mix it. Read moreI had to tell the the guy taking orders five times what I wanted. He still got it wrong. It's hard to order and talk to people who can't speak English or understand English. Unfortunately there was not one person working who could speak English. Had to wait almost a 15 minutes for a coffee in which was wrong. There was others in line also waiting for food n coffee. Read moreEver since the Dunkin moved to B2, wait times for drinks and donuts are excruciatingly long. For example, at 2AM, it is not unusual for an order of a single drink to take upwards of 30 minutes. The location is also now much more frequently out of stock for items such as the Munchkins.
