Panda — Restaurant in City of Albany

This restaurant fraudulently added charges to my food order on 12/16/2020 the original cost of the food was $56.06 the charge that was on my online bank statement is $67. 26. When confronted about the suspicious actions the owner first gave me the run around calling the almost $11 over charge "fees", but when I called the owner out on the extra charges or "fees" being made up a gentleman in the background, (I'm assuming was the delivery driver), told her that I gave them a $5 delivery charge, which I did not. At that time the phone call I was very upset because of the blatant lying, after I hung up the phone I started to receive text messages from the owner, of a picture of their copy of receipt with a five written in the tip spot that I did not write, the kicker is the "$5" tip doesn't cover the difference that was charged on my debit card. Please BEWARE of the charges that they make on your card double and triple check also put a line through the tip line of the reciept so they can't commit forgery. I have filed two complaints one with the BBB and the other with the Attorney General's office and I am also getting a lawyer because of the pain and suffering cause by the unprofessional manner that this...

It was late and we were desperate for some Chinese food and found this place, pretty good pricing and it was actually open. When I got there the entire lobby smelled like pee and it was not in the greatest condition. Whatever, usually the ghetto places have the best Chinese food.

The guy at the counter was really nice but they made the wrong meal so I had to wait for a new one to be made (still ended up with the wrong meal), As I was waiting, there was a homeless man walking around asking everyone for money, it looks like he spends most of his time in there. When I got the food I was leaving but the homeless man stopped me and asked for money, I gave him a dollar and then he asked if I had a 10 and kept asking for more money so I just left. These ppl need to need shut down they don't care about anything but making money customer service is horrible the guy was literally squaring up with a man because he was upset everyone who came in got their food before him ..come to find out they actually never started cooking his food...then one combo meal its soda or egg roll they decided they want to give egg roll and just walked away from the customer because they were complaining ...I watched him go on break eat his food licking his finger tips and go right back to handling orders so who ever ordered food grabs the bag from the delivery man with his germs on it YUCKKK 🤮 YALL STOP SPENDING YOUR MONEY HERE GO DOWN ONE OR TWO BLOCKS FOR YOUR FOOD ITS...
