I am very skeptical of everything on the internet. I make sure to do my part and research everything I possibly can before making a decision online. After countless hours and hours of research I came accross Flashy Phones. I can not express the level of satisfaction, joy, and trust I gained after my repair experience with Flashy Phones.

My phone was blacklisted, shuffled all through youtube looking for a solution. After watching a million sketchy, shady, click and bait trickey, I stumbled across Flashy Phones video. After watching the video, I didnt feel any deception or sketchiness so I had contacted them. After we spoke on the phone I immediately placed my order for a repair appointment. They are very professional, very knowledgable in the field, and confident in the ability to repair.

All through the whole repair process, I was informed of everything they were doing. They answered all my questions quickly and professionally. They had gone above and beyond to getting my phone repaired. After the repair was contacted by them just to make sure that everything was working smooth and if I had any further questions.

Cant express how happy I am to have chose Flashy Phones. I will definitely be using Flashy...

Found them online and had my samsung S9 unlocked a while ago and thought it to be very expensive considering you have to do 90% of the work, but you do not know what you have to do until you paid for the service and if you accidentally miss a step you get attitude from them. I was told that this would make my phone work anywhere......NOT true, travelled to the states and when I got there the phone did not work. Sent an email to them about the problem and they told me I need to factory reset my phone....in the middle of my trip!!. Also at least once a week the phone stops working telling me I am not registered on the network....I gotta wait 5 minutes or so and it works again. Waist of money.

I highly recommend!!! As soon as you make your purchase you will receive a phone call about getting serviced right away. I declined and waited for my appt. I received a reminder email and text. All of the information step by step is sent to you in your email before your service can be completed. I had an issue with one of the steps but he helped me right away. He called me and stayed on the phone with me throughout the whole process. It is legit and my phone is working great. He is very patient and helpful. He knows his work and I trust it 100%.
