Pepper Jack's — Restaurant in City of Albany

The food is delicious with ample portions! We order for delivery, (at work) and the food is always on time, hot, and super yummy! Their French Fries are great! Hard to pick a favorite because everything is really good! Love to give an extra shout out because they have a gluten free option for me and accommodated my payment option. Thanks at all at Pepperjacks!! You guys are the best!

Be CAREFUL if you order the gluten free meal. I got my meal, and it was NOT gluten free. It got bagged wrong, and none of the sandwiches were labeled. If one of my coworkers wasn't paying attention, to their sandwich, I would have eaten the gluten meal and gotten very sick. The person that answered the phone tried to say that someone just ate MY sandwich by mistake, but the mistake was theirs. I don't want to give a bad review, but that was a HUGE mistake. Idk whats been going on for the past few months with these guys but we're on try 4 with tonights dinner on them and its not even worth the hassle of calling for a refund. They have a communication issue somwhere between the counter and the cook. Literally everytime. I get a chicken bacon ranch wrap which i understand can be greasy given that there is bacon and ranch in it but this cook thinks its OK to send out the final product as a sopping wet disaster. Like he took it and dipped the whole thing in bacon grease with the paper aluminum wrapper on it. My lady hates beans. She said NO BEANS. We just had to spend 15 minutes picking em all out so we can relax and watch our new movie after a hard day at work. You guys need to understand you are expensive and you are providing a sevice. Pepper Jack's rarely disappoints. Had the Aztec Chicken salad and my friend ordered the Bleu Garden Salad, both were delicious. The salad was nice and crisp and the chicken was tasty.

Update: They now have a loyalty program. After ten orders you get $10 off the next, or was it $10 off of the 10th order?.....I can't remember. Just call them up, place your order and chances are they'll fill you in. So make sure to give your number when you order. You have to love a local business that shows real customer appreciation.

Also, just found out my cholesterol is a little high so I'm cutting way down on the fried foods, giving myself 1 cheat meal a week. Out of all of the things I could've gotten I used my pass to order the Crispy Buffalo Chicken Wrap from Pepper...
