For the record, these guys are in Syracuse, not Albany, so do NOT call them if you expect local service.

My issue was that I needed a motherboard replaced. I already bought the replacement board, so all I need is them to swap it out. I called the 1-800 number, and I'm told I have to pre-pay $198 for the repair, which is strangely expensive but also pretty comparable to other local places (but other places don't pre-charge). The guy on the phone assures me this carries a money back guarantee, so I take the plunge. He schedules a callback with the local office.

The guy calls, and it turns out they're in Syracuse, despite Google Maps telling me they're a mile away from my home. They explain I can either drive the computer out to them, which of course I won't do, or they can have a local technician come to my house to install the motherboard. He then goes on to say, "But if it's not the motherboard that's the issue, you'll have to pay us another $198 to come out and fix it again." We go back and forth a few times, I'm getting more and more irritated, and finally I say "Well, in that case I'd like a refund and I'll take it somewhere else." To which he says, "Okay, fine." and immediately hangs up without another word. A terrible experience over all, and I will not recommend...

I can't say enough about Anthony my tech. He has helped me with issues that others couldn't figure out. He is polite, oh so knowledgable and always has the answers to my questions. He continually goes above and beyond and I couldn't be happier with him. I just wish they were all like him. He just has a way with people.
