I've given them five stars before and my overall experience remains that way. This rating is for today specifically. I order from cinquinos, consistently. I tip incredibly well. I even tip when picking up. Whenever anyone asks where they should get pizza, that's easy, Cinquinos. But what really irks me is when people seem to treat me so well yet when my spouse goes in my stead it's a completely different type of treatment given. The gentleman making the pizzas were rude and dismissive. My husband asked if our special came with a 1 liter because that's what I told him I thought it came with. The girl stated no it does not come with a 1liter. It doesn't come with a 1 liter but according to their menu it does come with a 20oz drink. Yet she didnt tell him that, which I think was on purpose to save money.

Treat everyone with respect. That's all I'm saying. A business should also be mindful that some people are on the spectrum and this was the first time they went to pick up pizza by themselves and had a horrible experience and now he'll never try again.

I’ve had a lot of pizza and wings in my life. Some would say I’m a connoisseur of such. But I’ve NEVER had a pizza like Cinquino’s. Cinquino’s pizza is THE best in WNY. From the dough to the pepperoni, each slice is like you’re tasting it for the first time. And don’t even get me started on the wings. Cooked to perfection, they are the best combination of saucy and crispy tied into a single wing. Cinquino’s will leave you wanting more every time guaranteed. As for the rest of their menu, they have a great variety to chose from. Even the most picky of eaters will be satisfied!! Dinning in is a very pleasant experience at Cinquino’s, the staff is so friendly and you can tell they take great pride in their work by not only the quality of their food, but the cleanliness in their restaurant. I would highly recommend trying Cinquino’s as it will quickly become you’re favorite pizza joint! Keep up the awesome work guys! Can’t wait till the next...
