Dunkin' — Restaurant in City of Binghamton

This Dunkin’ Donuts was busy and scattered in their operations. In the drive thru, I moved to the second window. My boyfriend handed over his card and they charged his card somehow even though they didn’t know our order. She asked us if we ordered two caramel iced lattes. We said nope. She asked if we ordered two vanilla iced coffees. We confirmed that we did not. She began to look frustrated and said the orders are mixed up, never apologized, just demanded that I tell her the order again.

As a lot of time had passed, I couldn’t remember my boyfriends order. So as he was re-telling me his order so I could repeat it to her, the employee began to raise her voice telling me that I need to speak up and say it for myself, not him, and proceeded to complain to me very condescendingly how busy they are and how she can’t hear with the mic and how many cars are behind me. At this point I lost my cool and told them that they are being very unprofessional and I couldn’t believe it. I never disrespected them or called them names. Just complained about the situation and how I shouldn’t have to be treated with disrespect because of how busy they are. She said that I am being rude and that she won’t serve me now and that I need to leave. I was so mad I drove off.

However, my boyfriend reminded me that he already paid and they just took his money. So he decided he would go inside the store (he is a lot more patient than I am). He waited in the line for 15 minutes and then very politely asked for his food because he paid. The employee remembered that he was with me and started talking badly about me as soon as she saw him. He just said that he didn’t want any drama or issues just wanted what he ordered because he paid for it. She said “no you didn’t” and he ended up having to pull up his mobile bank statement to prove it. She finally gave him his order and she said (Very snotty) “you need to be careful because employees could mess with your food. Also you’re not allowed back here.”

So that tells me right there that they could be tampering with peoples food in there (spitting, dropping on the floor, and god knows what else)

Literally the worse customer service of all time the 2 girls were so rude and ratchet like if you hate your life don’t bring it onto me so me and my cousin’s boyfriend went to get some coffe and some donuts in drive thru as soon as we got there we were getting attitude by the lady in drive thru my cousin boyfriend said “can we get 30 seconds” because I was telling him what I wanted and she was getting annoyed telling us to hurry up and they messed up our order scammed us for our money I cussed them out in drive thru because of the disrespect we were giving from the two girls last night they said we needed to go back in the line after they messed up our order and literally on the receipt we paid for it too at first they didn’t even give us our receipt no she was trying to explain to us our life story for no reason we just wanted our food and go home we understand it’s fast food but don’t bring your anger on to us smh never going...

NOT RECOMMENDED: [Failing with the times] I'm very Dunkin Disappointed at the decline of the dunkin product brand. When I first visited dunkin years ago you could smell the donuts cooking from outside the restaurant and there were all kinds of fresh donuts to choose from. They have eliminated the inhouse baking and streamlined their operations into something totally different from the DD creation I fell in love with. Many jobs have been eliminated and the D&D that remains is some vendor type coffe operation selling day olds because the fresh ones dont even exist anymore. So sorry that you passed without me realizing it... My D&D is long a thing of the past and I'm sad... This generation doesnt realize what they are missing because they dont realize what you once were. So sad and my rate for failing with...
