Ongeez Takeout — Restaurant in City of Binghamton

Everything was filled with salt and was impossible to eat unless you had something to wash it down after every bite. Plus the price you pay is ridiculous! 2 scoops of mac and cheese for $10 and $10 for 12 ounces of strawberry pina colada and both were not good. The pernil (roast pork) was a decent portion but again salty and the rice had no flavor. The beef and cheese empanadas were salty and had no cheese inside. Update: My facebook review has disappeared and I am no longer allowed to comment or review this business. No wonder their rating is 5 stars.

How many reviews have been deleted to maintain 5 stars? I haven't had anyone else comment it. By the way, we did mix pork and rice together and was still way too salty. We are so happy to have some more variety in the small towns here, I know specially for me cause I came from the city and more then often there’s pizza on every block two or three in each town. Don’t get me wrong it’s great just monotonous and no spice to your life 🤗 coming from a block where you have ranges of taste and food. This place takes me back to those memories.. just diving into the scrumptious food. I’m super disappointed. I got to the restaurant and basically everything on the menu wasn’t offered. (Probably due to food shortage) which isn’t their fault. Staff is super friendly which is a plus but the food was just basically thrown together in a container and the fried chicken was too seasoned. I’ll give them another shot but hopefully next time it’s better because tonight it was just not hitting.
