Subway — Restaurant in City of Cortland

This place is so poorly run.. the day shift store manager/supervisor sandwich artis whatever.. a D3bb13 Marsha11 , is completely unclean , barely uses gloves half the time, eats food on line , swears and has valgure outbursts, has other employess on edge when their , due to her over reaching alowed pretend authority which she uses to harrass and threten people daily ! Forges temp logs, doctors and forges inventory ( most likely because she is unable to correctly count) cant see well enough to actuly read what amounts go on what subs and because as subway consrantly changes their menue items and portions , she often confuses these things and makes food wrong. Also , she does give away alot of free subs for higher tips ( so of your fine with paying less and giving cash directly to the tip jar) . Also food storage units are so old and outdated they dont pass inspection, All around as some one with first hand knowledge . Be careful with food choice and the atmosphere.. please choice a...

IF I seriously could give a zero i would very very very horrible experience as sandwich maker brenda golden threw me out of store for no reason telling customers and her staff i was a drunk a woman beater and spreading rumors she had an order protection against me in which i do not was confirmed with local authorities the restraunt was full of customers and she said loud enough where they herd it and embarressed me then proceded to tell an older gentleman in which she found out was my dad this is very serious bad customer service and a great image for this restraunt to have employee there that does this I will be in serious contact with mangement...

The place appeared to be clean. Unfortunately, workers appeared very grungy, Also, the food looks like it was poorly kept, There are stories at this place has disgusting hygiene practices. It would be interesting to eat a sandwich at a subway, but unfortunately, this subway is a pass. I live nearby and I cannot see myself eating here after they screwed up sandwiches several times in past, They have added an insane amount of vinegar to the point that I received the wet soggy sandwich, also when I walked inside to order my sandwich, the staff was rude and appeared like individuals who could care less about...
