Starbucks — Restaurant in City of Cortland

I think the main thing with Starbucks is they overcomplicate coffee with the sugar drinks which are fine in the fall and Christmas season but should be eliminated the rest of the year. McDonald's doesn't sell the McRib and the Shamrock Shake year-round. Also if you go thru drive through and ask for cream/milk you need to ask for extra because they will never put enough cream/milk in their coffee to compensate for how strong it is. Inside the store you can add your own but half the time the container is out and you have to ask them to refresh it. I think the reason for that is the same as the reason you need to ask for extra when you go through the drive-through. Food for thought. Last thing... in LA the Starbucks owned by Magic Johnson have more/better food like fresh roast beef sandwiches and parfaits for a reasonable price. I cannot get enough protein for the buck at this Starbucks to make it worth getting food. It's all carbs and foo-foo food. I like that food but...

Starbucks is my family’s safe travel spot where we can always get something safe and even healthy. Right now the road leading up to it is under construction.. should have turned around. We make our order.. I usually get the healthy boxes for my kids (eggs/cheese/PB/apples) or the like.. they don’t carry them. So I ordered 2 plain bagels with cream cheese.. we don’t have cream cheese. Okay.. Butter then. Then after waiting 5 minutes (there were other customers), I’m told they only have one plain bagel. My kids won’t eat any other kinds.. I got refunded for my bagels. It’s 12:30 on a Monday.. not like it’s 8PM. Staff was fine and our coffee was fine. not sure why they are currently drive thru only, but it’s a complete logistical nightmare with the line of cars making it impossible to leave the parking lot without just going through the line… on top of that i literally wasted over 20 minutes of my life in a line to order a drink they told me they were out of once i made it to ordering. there was also a sign saying theyre out of all their breakfast sandwiches which i’m sure is a huge bummer to those waiting that long to get a sandwich :(
