I am not happy with this office at all. I called to make an appointment for my sick cat and supposedly they couldn't find his chart. when they finally found it Dr. Evans refused to see my cat who is already an existing patient. Her reasoning behind this was because she said " he scratches and bites" ! I said are you kidding me he's a cat! Sometimes cats scratch and bite! I was never told at his last visit that he could not come back so I had no idea that there was a problem. My cat is not mean but he was obviously sick and scared when I brought him to her the first few times. I personally feel that this behavior is unethical and quite frankly pathetic. Seriously, this is a cat hospital! This person specializes in cats! Not only did she refuse to treat him... Which ok that is her choice... But she had the nerve to be rude about it! I told her I will gladly take my cat...

My cats, like most, are perfectly happy and friendly at home; and to my family, friends, and neighbors. They were adopted at around 4 months old, so I’m not sure if they had a bad first experience at the Vet. Dr. Evans also explained she does not have a technician alongside her to help handle fearful cats. I’m sure she is a great vet for current patients, however might not be the right vet for your cat(s) if they are rescue cats or have had bad...

We were told they couldn't handle her and had to give her a sedative. They could not determine whether she's been spayed despite shaving her, but guessed that she isn't. We asked for a complete workup on her, to include her weeping eyes. They made no mention of checking them at all. Now, we're pretty sure it's conjunctivitis. I've owned cats for 50 years and I've never run into a less professional outfit. We were very unimpressed. I truly wish I could...
