Very poor customer service. When informed that the young woman was making a sandwich incorrectly, she had a very poor attitude and stated "well that's how we're trained to make a sandwich!" (I ordered a steak and cheese sandwich with no toppings on it, but she chose to throw on onions, peppers, and several other things that were not requested). The other young woman running the register also had a snide attitude about their lack of training, and I should "just take it the way we do it." Unfortunately, that's not an option due to food allergies. The conversation ended with " well next time, learn how to order a sandwich and it will come out right..." Trust me, there won't be a next time. This place should either get employees that do the job properly, or close the doors. Too many other places that are grateful for the business/money to have a poor...

I then asked for my bacon to be placed in the oven. I got a very nasty look and then the girl threw the pan in the oven. I then asked for extra mayo and light lettuce. The young girl put so much mayo on it that it was running out of my wrap. What a hot mess it was. She piled the lettuce not spreading it out. My sisters sub wasn't too bad. I then ordered my handicapped dads sub and again very messy. He as well wanted extra meat on his and only got 2 extra slices of meat. None of them were labeled so we had to unwrap and open sandwiches to pass them out. 3 had issues. Two had ingredient mistakes. The 3rd sub was the worst. There was a hair baked into the cheese of the Italian herb & cheese bread. *shown in photo. 3/4 of that $15 sub went in the garbage. Contacted customer service & got a form letter email from manager Mark DeSessa. *see photo. No apologies, no compensation or refund. Not even an acknowledgement that he looked at my message or photo. On 4/21/25 I emailed back with another pic of the hairy bread requesting an actual review. Still no reply. Don't waste your $ unless you like hair...
