I ordered off the online menu. On the online menu they have a chefs recommendation which is called butterflied bacon wrapped shrimp. I ordered this dish and when it arrived it was overfilling with bland liquid which poured out in the bag with the rest of my food. I disregarded this annoyance and stayed positive, when I opened the dish I came to find a very pale and bland egg wrapped around my whole dish. Which included two undercooked bacon strips wrapped around the inside edge of the dish, followed by a few decent sized shrimp with the tails remaining (not a finger food dish), and some very old and bland vegetables. All in all the dish was very bland and it had eggs which were not mentioned on the online menu. When I called to make a simple complaint, the person who didn't give me a name yelled at me saying the dish has been made that way 20 years. Not understanding that my quarrel was due to the fact there were eggs in my dish and it was not stated on the menu. After a few minutes of argument I was told if I bring the dish back I would be able to receive a refund. However the dish was thrown away by an unaware roommate and I didn't return it. Two days later i tried ordering again. This time I ordered 4 orders of fried chicken wings. On the online menu it states 8 piece fried chicken wings for $3.50, 4 X 3.50 = 14.00, somehow my total was $21.73. When I asked the delivery driver why the total was higher than it should be (even including delivery and tax) he told me in very broken english that the wings are $5.25 each and the online menu is wrong. I'm sorry, but I believe it is their responsibility to update the online menu. It is not my responsibility to take on the mistake of the company at my expense.

Read moreWell, pre covid this was one of my favorite restaurants in town. Fast service great variety and quality food. But i just picked up an orange chicken combe w vegfried rice, and a sesame chicken combo w lo mein noodles. Well the rice wasnt bad and the noodles were pretty good. But the chicken from both meals was the worst i have ever eaten anywhere...ever!!! You know how chinese food and pizza are good the next day, sometimes better. But after a full day and night in the fridge it starts to dry out and lose its goodness. Im always sad if i gotta throw any out. Well this chicken (both plates) tasted like it was a different flavor than supposed to be. No sesame or orange. It was sour in not a good way. And the absolute driest iv ever attempted to eat. I bit into what i thought was a bone of some sort and chipped a tooth, but upon investigating learned it was just very dry over cooked granite hard chicken. I am sad today at the loss of a place that used to mean alot to me for the good times i had sharing with other people over plates of main moon dinner. I will not ever eat there again. I will go out of my way to recommend an alternative restaurant or even a fast food place before i sent my worst enemy to waste hard earned money on what is possibly something that will make me sick by the time i post this. Try the rice or lomein, but anything else is a risk to you your friends and family. If i could give negative stars it would be -10 with a sad face. Please take this serious. It really is that...
Read moreI’m new to this area & its not too far from me. I’ve tried this place twice & won’t go back. First of all it’s disgusting inside & out. The blinds from outside kinda made me think about not going in because they were so nasty. Filth! I ordered both times General Tso’s Chicken. First time it was so hard & overcooked OR old I couldn’t really eat it. It didn’t taste like it either. I thought I’d give it another chance as I love Chinese food. I asked the girl if they’d not over cook it like my first time. It looked like she was going to prepare it as she walked back to the kitchen. Well, I was disappointed again. It was exactly the same as my first visit. Hard & no taste. I threw it out! Plus the fried rice was just plain yellow rice. I’m not going to get three strikes. Two...
