Tina Combs is without a doubt the best real estate agent in Glens Falls and the surrounding area. We worked with her at HUNT and we had the most wonderful experience as first time home buyers. I brag to all of my friends about how personal of an experience we had, and that we never once felt like she just wanted to sell us any house so she could get the biggest or fastest check. We had a lot of questions and hesitations as first time home buyers in an area with mostly older homes, and she either immediately had an in-depth answer for everything, or she worked to quickly find us an answer.

We ended up in a house we absolutely love, and I appreciate her kindness, patience, knowledge, and care so much because she is the only reason we got the best house we possibly could. She knows the market right now and she knows how important it is to get to a viewing as quickly as possible, and to see as much as possible, and she was always willing to do as much as she could for us.
