My first experience here, a few years back, was very good (though slow lunch service was an issue even then). Recently, a decline in food quality has demonstrated that process and volume service are NOT something for which the management is attuned. Perhaps a decreased jumber of seats would better serve their business model.
From the condition of my Pad Thai (and other meals at our table), I surmise that the proteins are all pre-cooked and "ready-to-order". This left chicken, shrimp, and pork elements all very dry and not fork tender - we ate with no complaint, but at this price point it's just not what you expect. The seasoning is still spot on, so perhaps ordering freshly cook protein options may improve your experience. The prices are higher than average for Asian food options in the area, but that upcharge isn't eflectes in the food arriving at the table.
The appetizer portions are quite small, maybe for two. Dumplings came out as a plate of seven, but were tiny - totaling about one and a half of the usual dumplings served at typical restaurants I've frequented over the years. Here the spice wasn't evident, it was a very indifferent flavored pork and we drenched them in hoisin sauce to boost the flavor.
Our server was well versed in the menu and delivered the best experience possible with a kitchen that leaves him holding the bag. We didn't make a big deal out of dirty appetizer plates or other shortcomings, but again - at these prices? I expect much better coordination and qualury. The high point was the Thai Iced Tea, which was a great traditional flavor and of good quality.
Likely won't visit for a while, but if they make it... Maybe in a year or two. I would add that a children's portion menu for kids under "insert age limit here" would be a nice service for many restaurants,...

At an empty restaurant for lunch, they screwed up our order twice, where we gave up and just ate the food, which turned out to be room temperature, not flavorful and mediocre. At least the waiter was apologetic and threw in fried plantains on the house.
Dinner there tonight was not a pleasant experience. We went for happy hour drinks, asked for happy hour (HH) drinks, were given menus, only after we started drinking our order of saki and red wine and only when we were ordering the second round then informed that our drinks were not part of the happy hour. The bartender argued that we didn't ask if our drinks were covered under HH, which baffled us because we told him we were there for HH, which should've have indicated we were there for HH drinks. Most restaurants that don't have a HH menu, provide discounts on their regular menu or will verbally indicate what is covered when the customer states they are visiting for the deal. As the Subject Matter Expert with the information, it his job to communicate the specials and on us to play 20 questions to figure out the deals.
The dinner was warm and platable. I had to flag my waiter down, after he walked past our table several times, to refill mine and my friend's glasses with water, which he snapped back that "he knows" her glass needs to be refilled.
The only plus side was being squeezed on to a 4-top in the back of the restaurant between the bathroom and the kitchen without a reservation. If you've eaten at Thai restaurants outside of Upstate NY, you'd realize that this is basic. We discussed this with our friends, who stopped going here stating the food has gone down hill over the years. We hope that they correct this for future dinners. There's a 95% chance we...
