Updating from 5 star to 3 star. I would give a 1 star, but the manager with the butterfly tattoos saved the day! I went in and they didn’t have chicken

And I can’t stand red meat!! I’ll eat it if I have to, but I highly prefer not to

So since the chickens not ready I asked if I can have two scoops of beef for the price of one And the manager kinda just laughed at me and said no So I asked which manager was above her. And the gentleman with tattoos came out apologized and remedied the situation. This is not the first time they’ve been rude, or “forget” to give me my points.

My food was cold, and the staff was not friendly. I asked if I could exchange my daughter’s apple juice for a fountain drink since she changed her mind and he said he couldn’t do it even though it was a minute after I purchased the food, I never even left the restaurant. I was upset I asked for a refund because I was not happy eating there(food or drinks were never touched) he said he couldn’t do it. He then proceeded to talk to his staff and laugh. I felt very disrespected his attitude was demeaning. I recommend to eat at another chipotle, for me staff makes a difference and because of the way he treated me it affected me. I come here for lunch very often as I work nearby. I noticed every time a particular manager is there … all the employee seem to be on edge. I’ve seen him called the attention of workers before, in front of customers regarding portion sizes. I hate when he serves me because I always get the least amount of protein when he serves me. Which upsets me because I purchase a $15 Bowls … when he’s not there the staff seems very cheerful and the vibe seems light. When he is there you could literally Feel a hostile Vibe.
