I feel like I need to put my hat in the ring with this review since it was looking a bit stale in the review section. I don’t know what the other reviews (the 1 star reviews) were talking about. The place may be a bit scuffed up when I came on by back in 2022-2023 to get a Huey Lewis record. However, I’ll say that the customer service was pretty good and the shop itself is very home-y. I do sometimes go to their booth at Frank and Sons just to check if they have any good tapes and records. Had a similar experience there every time. Just good people and good music all around. Can’t wait to come on by again.

I ran into this place at Frank N Sons few months back at first look it was awesome but once you start talking to what I believe is the owner Gilbert. He’s very rude always giving you the run around about he just sold the vinyl record you ask for. Records are well overpriced. I would not recommend this place complete wast of time. Call before hand and that’s if you don’t get a BS respond...

this place is horrible. trash customer service from Gilbert, he disrespected my father and i had to step in to ask him if he was serious. lucky we even were going to support his poor business, the records are mostly scratched and beat up. dont waste your time here. would vote -5 stars if possible. stay away and especially their booth in FranknSons just bad...
