Circus Truck — Restaurant in City of Ithaca

Genuinely some of the best food in Ithaca. Super Inexpensive (usually around $7-$15 depending on what you order and cash only) and unique. Be sure to order the specials and don’t be afraid of “freestyle” or “chefs choice”. As a relatively frequent customer, I can say for sure that these have been some of my favorites. JP’s cooking is incredibly unique and the combinations he whips up are amazing. Additionally, the portions he serves are sure to fill you up and may often provide two meals.

I just graduated from IC and am leaving Ithaca for good tomorrow and I can say for certain that Circus Truck will be one of my first stops when I come back to visit. Truly a hidden...

Hidden gem in Ithaca. Some of the best food in town and it's out of an old truck (don't be put off - quality of food is #1)

Pasta with home-maid sauces, burgers that are hand formed when you order (and are freaking HUGE) and if you're lucky on a Wednesday the best steak sandwich you'll have anywhere. (steak sandwich pictured in a standard "dozen wings" to go box for size reference)

Also random breakfast and lunch items (menu item has been "Plate of food". Lots of crazy combos with different meats.

Only open from 11-2 M-F - parked in the back of Finger Lakes Beverage.

No tables, but people often eat on the boulders that line the parking...

This lil punk rock sus looking food truck in the back of some parking lot is exactly what you're looking for... worth a road trip alone. I don't even know entirely what I got, but it was phenomenal. I was driving through the area and the reviews said to get the steak on Wednesdays so thats definitely what I asked for and the owner hooked me up. Probably the only meal I'll need for the next 2 days lol 100% check...
