Tried to make an in store purchase and they said the transaction did not go through even though it showed a withdrawal in my account. I was instructed to contact the owner, who took over a week from the incident to even reply to my email, because she refused to call me back, despite me calling and leaving several messages. Once I finally heard from her she said she had no proof of the transaction, even though again, I spoke with my bank and the money was withdrawn. The owner of aspire instructed me to report this as fraud, in turn shutting down my account during Christmas, and offered me a ONE TIME 25% discount-like I would ever spend more money in her establishment. We purchased two disposable aryloom vapes 2 weeks ago and one is defective. We called the store the same day and were told we’d be able to return it with the receipt. We clarified with them that we would still be able to 2 weeks from now because we will not be able to make it back in until then. We came in today with the vape and receipt and were told that we can not exchange it due to how long the time has passed. We wasted an hour of travel and gas to be told that we were lied to by the employee who answered the phone. There was some guy just sitting at the front checking ID's (probably just security.) There was only one person checking out and while I was browsing it got busier and it looked like there was nobody else to help them so I walked out, didn't look like security knew how to help them out either.
