I love Dunkin’ Donuts, but the past few weeks at this location the wait times have been insane— with poor service on top of that. We got to the menu board and we waited an additional 4 or 5 minutes for someone to come take our order. When we finally got to the window, the cashier didn’t say a word to us— radio silence as she took and returned my boyfriend’s credit card. No apology for the wait time (!?). Same went for the person who brought our coffee and food out 5 minutes after we paid— he just handed the drinks and bagel to us without a single word. It was awkward. It sounds like there are definitely management issues at play here, but the staff we encountered at the window definitely need some retraining, because that’s not how you act towards customers who have been waiting in line for over 20 minutes on a hot summer day. Read morePulled up to the drive thru, waited a while no one came on the mic. Left drove around saw people inside, so I thought maybe the mic wasn't working. I go inside to place an order. 5 female workers just standing there giggling, 2 of em weren't even in uniform. Whatever tho, no one comes up to take my order. So of course I just do the kiosk. Male worker comes inside. He makes my coffee which after I left realized it was cold. I overhear 1 worker tell the other, "if anyone comes to the drive thru just ignore them, they'll leave". I also ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese. I was literally the only person there and they couldn't even take the time to put the stupid cream cheese on the bagel. Gave me two sides of cream cheese. Hope I never have to see these chicks again if I ever go back. I love dunkin but hate this experience...
Read moreTerrible place. Placed my order at the machine and paid. After waiting about 15 min for them to call my name I finally asked where was my order. Their response was that they were out of the items I had ordered. Asked why they didn't come up and let me know - the receipt machine was broken, so they weren't even getting them!!! Like, really? Ok, I asked for a refund - they told me someone would come and help me with that. After waiting another 20 min a lady comes and tries to place a refund, but she can't find the right button. After struggling for another 10 min she called another lady who finally was able to perform a transaction. They have absolutely no regard for customer service. I was told "we are busy" multiple times during wait and no apologies. Will never...
