Tilda’s Kitchen claims right on their menu to serve breakfast and lunch all day, which is true in the same way that unicorns technically exist in books. I called in advance to double check if the veggie burger was available during dinner. “Of course,” they said. Their dinner menu is notably heavy on meat options so I did my homework. Excitedly, I brought a table of six people for dinner.
I asked about said lunch menu and was met with a crisp and firm “No lunch after six." After letting the server know I had been given the green light on the phone - the man very rudely and disdainfully singled me out and said "I will consider doing your burger if nothing on the dinner menu speaks to you." Insisting I peruse the meat-heavy expensive dinner menu again in front of my friends. I politely declined the passive-aggressive offer, let my friends eat, and left hungry.
