Big Will's Kitchen — Restaurant in City of Lockport

My boyfriend and I are visiting Lockport, NY for a couple days. We drove all the way from Pennsylvania nonstop since early morning and we needed something quick to eat. We looked up what food was in our area and saw that Big Will’s Kitchen was listed in our suggestions. We were surprised that this place had 5 stars out of 100+ reviews (we never saw a food place with just 5 stars before, it always like a 4.5 or something with a decimal in it) so we wanted to go try it.

We called over the phone and we weren’t really familiar with the menu so we just asked the guy to give us whatever that had the most meat on it and long behold, we were blessed with

That cheesesteak was so freakin good that We left no crumbs. We’re actually going to go back and get some more (this is now our food spot). And the name for this cheese steak is spot on too 😂.

The man at the register was very nice. You can tell me and my boyfriend aren’t from here just by looking at us, but the guy who made our food and checked us out at the cash register made us feel super welcomed🥹

I went in there today and the service was incredible! He told me about a curry chicken and rice dinner he had and I told him I've never tried it so I don't wanna spend the money and risk not liking it even though it looked amazing! So he offered it too me at a discount price and I kindly said no thank you if i had more money I would and I ordered 2 jerk chicken Jamaican patties because they are amazing and I'm familiar with it. Well because I've never had it and he understood that money is hard to earn these days he offered it to me for free to see if I liked it and if I didn't he was willing to take the loss. Big Will's Kitchen serves the greatest breakfast sandwiches that I have ever had. I can confidently say, it is the best sandwich in the world. The egg, steak, and cheese sandwich was delicious! I have never seen black pepper used so expertly to enhance a sandwich.

Last but not least, we were lucky to have been served by the owner himself. Big Will is an incredible person, and he greets everyone with a big smile and jokes. He knows all of his customers, and the people of Lockport are lucky to have him. His personality made this a memorable visit.
