Dunkin' — Restaurant in City of Long Beach

I am in that Dunkin Donuts at least 3 times a day...more on the weekends (you can ask any employee to confirm that). I love DD so much..the coffee is so yum! And it's a very convinent location for me. However, the majority of the staff sucks. They are young and not properly trained. Very rude, and you can tell that they don't really care about their job. I agree with a comment from above..there can be a line of people waiting to order at the register..and there will be 3 or 4 employees helping the same customer..that's very frustrating, What ever happened to "Dunkin on the run"?!?! I personally believe that most of the employees here either need training or need to be let go. If the Dunkin Donuts in the West end of Long Beach ever were to close, I would be most certain it was the employees who brought it down. If I could give no stars, I would!! The people working at this branch are very incompetent!! They NEVER get your order right, and they have attitudes. The older Spanish girl and guy there on mornings have no business taking orders because they clearly speak but don't UNDERSTAND English. You ask for NO cheese, you get your sandwich, and it has cheese ( after repeating multiple times to her NO CHEESE). You ask or 2 sugars, they put 4. You tell them toasted dark, and they give you a sandwich barely toasted. It is time for new and more competent staff. The newer, younger girls are way more professional and can take and make an order as ASKED. Why am I spending MY money for them to make and give me what THEY want..smh. Absolutely horrendous. Disgusting nasty employees with no skills nor manners. Calling corporate again to complain. Food is garbage and undercooked every single time. Told "dunkin donuts doesn't have a vanilla creme donut " when they gave me Boston kreme instead of vanilla swearing to god telling me it was what I ordered as though I'm as unintelligible and incompetent as them... employees witnessed coming out of bathroom without washing hands [sat next to bathroom door never heard a sink turn on not even momentarily].
