Moshi Moshi Sushi And Ramen (LBNY) — Restaurant in City of Long Beach

This place was just okay. For almost $19 for a Tonkatsu ramen (with additional fish cake), I expected a lot more. I’ve wanted to try this place out, but maybe I should have went for something different. Chicken tonkatsu broth isn’t normal, but if I’m going to eat ramen it’s going to be tonkatsu. The broth and some toppings were just okay, but the chashu was poor (I actually had to look back at the menu and make sure the pork was described as such). This is the thinnest slice chashu I’ve ever seen. It’s pretty dry with how thin is it sliced. They have mastered slicing it as thin as possible and still keeping it in one piece… and that’s not what you want to master. The girl working the counter was nice and my order came out quickly at least. Maybe I will try something else in the future from here, but I will not eat the ramen again and I would not recommend anyone else...

Absolutely horrible customer service. My order arrived in a sealed bag, but was missing a bowl. When I expressed my concern to the lady on the phone, I was called a liar, and told it was impossible that they made a mistake and it's more probable that the grubhub driver took it. I was baffled by all of this and tried to reason with the lady on the phone by explaining the possibility that she made a mistake. This explanation of possibility went nowhere, and she continued to blame the delivery service.Between the accusations and just blatant disregard for the possibility that she made a mistake, I will never order here again and will encourage others to go elsewhere. A hidden gem! I stumbled upon this lovely spot driving home and I’m so glad I did. Sweet young lady made excellent recommendations, served us delicious hot tea on the house and thoughtfully had the chef slice my daughters food into smaller bites. I’m blown away by the kindness and the exceptional service! The sushi was also some of the best I’ve ever had. The out of control roll is phenomenal! I also liked the crazy tuna roll. Everything is absolutely fresh and soooo delicious. We spent the whole week dreaming about those amazing rolls and returned the following weekend. I am...
