This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at any boba shop. The employee making the drinks was shockingly rude and unprofessional. When my drink was made incorrectly, I politely asked if it could be fixed. Instead of correcting the order, he began cursing at me and my family — even in front of two women who were clearly uncomfortable.

He told me using vulgar language that I was " color blind” and then proceeded to yell worse vulgar things in front of other customers. Attached is the picture does this look green (matcha)? Absolutely disgusting behavior for someone working in customer service.

What’s even more disturbing is that the owner allowed this to happen and didn’t remove the employee on the spot. No customer should ever be treated this way. I will never return, and I strongly advise others to avoid this location until serious...

Just went for the first time. The quality of the chicken is INCREDIBLE. We got soy garlic and snow cheese, and were really impressed by both the juiciness and amazing crunch of the wings. The snow cheese flavor is a knockout - a light dusting of slightly sweet cheese that was very flavorful, and the soy garlic was delicious and not over sauced. We got takeout and the chicken was still hot (definitely made to order) when we got home. I already want to go back and try more flavors! We also got a side of ttekbokki (which had cabbage and I believe fried tofu) which was also great. Definitely will order...

You need to try !! The food is incredible. We got the snow cheese wings. Omg they were so flavorful and tender. Fall off the bone. We also got the soy garlic drum sticks. The best I’ve ever had no joke. French fries were hit fresh and delicious. The kimchi fried rice was good. A little spicy but yummm and the rice cakes were also so good. We got the mochi donuts.
