Padaminas Brazilian Bakery — Restaurant in City of Mount Vernon

First of all, I love Brazilian people, I love their culture and everything. I went from the bronx to there, because I was interested in their bakery. I was there this morning for the first time and spent $40 in all. When the mature women finished taking the money she forgot to put all my merchandise in a bag so I was standing there at the counter waiting for someone to pack my stuff. There was another young woman, she was very rude telling me that I have to pay and she was helping another customer knowing that I was there first. I have ordered a cake for b.day girl ... On te day the cakes both were totally wrong. ... and the owner and manager refuse to even talk about even a partial refund. ... I am taking a legal complaint and what ever else I can They made my cake completely wrong with the wrong flavor and filling...it was totally embarrassing. I went there two weeks ago and the place was crowded, the staff was wearing face masks however most the customers were not. I am not an overly paranoid person about Covid nor about the social distancing, but I am concerned enough to not go places where people don't care about doing these things during a pandemic.
