MANHATTAN PRICES. PLAN ON DROPPING AT LEAST $20.00. The food is delicious but super EXPENSIVE. Their tastiest smoothies come in a 20oz plastic cup (20oz = 2.5 cups) and costs between $7.49 plus tax and $8.49 plus tax depending on which one you order. Their wraps are delicious but again you're paying anywhere between $4.75 and $7.99. So lets say you get a decent smoothie and a hearty wrap you are already up to $16.48 without tax. By the time you add tax you're almost at $20.00 for just a wrap and a smoothie. They also have something they call a "small salad" which is shredded iceberg lettuce in a 16oz (measures out to be 2 cups) plastic container that costs $3.99 (tax not included). So you're paying almost $5.00 for iceberg lettuce with 3 cherry tomatoes cut in half, 3 cucumber slices and a tiny bit of onion sprinkled on top. The food is great but they would get more business if they came down on the prices. Even if you order a lot of food they won't cut you a deal for extras like cheeses and sauces. I have been using Souzafit for meal prep now for a little over a month and i have recommended it to all of my friends. The food tastes great and they are very flexible with the accomodations. I am someone that cannot each cheese but for my fitness plans my lunch consists of a chicken cheesless quesadilla mean that souzafit prepares and they have yet to disappoint. The previous meal prep location that i used to use was not as flexible and often got my orders wrong.

This place is AMAZING. It's just what the neighborhood needed. Before Souzafit I would be forced to order Chinese food or pizza when I wanted to order takeout. It was literally the only option for food delivery around here. Now I can order things like smoothies, freshly squeezed orange juice, and veggie wraps right to my door. I LOVE IT. The girls that work there are lovely and so polite. The guys that deliver the food are nice as well and my food always comes quick. I am a vegetarian so I order the veggie wrap and I am obsessed with the jumpstart smoothie. I substitute the milk and replace it with orange juice and it's superb.
