Dairy Plus Express — Restaurant in City of Newburgh

Handicapped nightmare and no English. This place remains a trainwreck but that's my fault for going back. My wife and I are disabled and called ahead to order sandwiches with request that they bring them out to the car. "Yes yes". We have cash when you come out - "Yes yes". We are in the X car right outside the front door "Yes yes". Needless to say, they never came out. Two out of three sandwiches were wrong. The milk in the front of the case, that I had to hobble to the back to try to get myself, was expired by almost a week (I know to ALWAYS check at this store!). My next call will be to the Board of Health with a follow-up ADA complaint for no handicapped parking 0 forget about service in...

So we were driving through the town of Newburgh looking for a deli to grab a quick bite to eat and came across this place. They had a nice variety of breakfast sandwiches and what first impressed me was the sandwich was made FRESH! The coffee station, meticulous! Not a grain of sugar on the counters and the store was exceptionally clean. Now we tasted the sandwiches, which were done pretty quick by the way, and wow. Like wow! Fresh soft bread, toasted, order was perfect, sandwiches were hot and packaged neatly. My ONLY COMPLAINT is, sadly, they’re far from me.
