Horrible experience today and usually love coming here. Pre ordered the 12 pink milk covered chocolates as advertised on their website earlier this week to pick up today for my girlfriend. Even received a text from Al asking what day and time I will pick them up. When I arrived they did not even ask for name or confirmation so pretty much anyone can go in and say they ordered and get free strawberries. When I was given the strawberries they were all just regular chocolate not the pink ones shown that I pre-ordered as advertised. When I told the “manager” this is not my order and showed him the ones on the website I ordered he looked at me like I had 3 heads. Could not give me any explanation. Did not even have the ones on the website advertised. Completely false advertising. My girlfriend was really looking forward to them otherwise could’ve got them anywhere else. I had an Energy smoothie last week, the service was friendly the smoothie was delicious. Unfortunately I won't be ordering from this place anymore and neither should you! Today I ordered an Avocado Pesto flat bread the first half was good but found out it came with an unexpected disgusting surprise in the second half of the sandwich ( a balled up brown napkin in my sandwich) .I bit into this thing and immediately knew something was wrong . Imagine how disgusting it was spitting this thing out that I had in my mouth that made me want to puke. Poor training /quality control /call it what you want . I would advise if you order from this place you better check what unexpected surprises you may find in your order. I came to this location for the first time (I usually go to Monroe location or Middletown). I ordered ahead like I always do. At 545 was told my order would be ready by 605-610. I showed up at 611. It has now been over 30 minutes since my expected pick up time and I’m still waiting on a smoothie. Had I known it would have taken this long I would not have ordered from this location as now I’m going to be very late to my appointment. They were also out of various items and had to tell multiple people who also ordered ahead that they needed to change their order. Either they need more staff or stop the online orders.
