Prices are good, $5.00 fill ups is a great price, however they tend to run out of food often. At 3pm they were out of tenders, on another visit no corn. One visit after I was rung up, I was told her register didn't take credit cards, cash only. I saw the drive through taking cards, I asked if she can ring it up on that register, since I didn't have cash, I got a no. I had no cash, and I was told sorry, and she voided my order.
On another visit, I ordered my food, and also added two biscuits. On the receipt it said one biscuit, and a la carte biscuit. When they handed me the food, I was missing one biscuit. The manager showed me on the receipt that it said one biscuit/ and one la carte biscuit. She explained to me la carte means free, and they don't give out free biscuits. I showed her the price on the menu of one biscuit, and I paid double therefore I paid for two. I got sir, I don't know math, read your receipt it says one biscuit and underneath it says one la carte biscuit. So I asked why would they put free on the receipt, if that's the case then according to her logic, I paid for one, and it says I am entitled to a free one. She got angry, your not entitled to anything. Then she said I don't have time to argue. I pulled out my phone calculator to show her that I did pay for both, and she didn't care to watch. She asked me if I knew what la carte meant, I told her it means a separate side with a separate price. She wanted to know if that's really the meaning then why don't they just say two on the receipt. She got extremely angry, a little bit nasty, and when I walked away mumbled something about me. I didn't get the biscuit, and I wasn't upset about the biscuit, but rather how I was treated. I emailed customer service to complain, and to explainin that they need to change their wording on the receipt or train their employees to better understand it. We wanted specifically extra chrispy dark meat chicken, we know it has to be made specifically so we called ahead to make sure they had the chicken pulled and dropped into the fryer so it would be ready when we got there. When we arrived the person at the speaker greeted us warmly and even suggested a new menu item! When we said we had called ahead however, someone else took over the order. This young lady was much less pleasant, while I understand it was late (9:24pm)it was clear in her voice that she did not want to be there serving us. When we placed our order we asked for 2 Lg sides of mashed potatos, 1 side of cole slaw And a 2 liter bottle of soda. We also asked for When we pulled up the girl at the window even confirmed our order right. When we paid however our receipt said a lg cole slaw, 2 lg mac and cheese's and an order of cinnamon biscuits...we never ordered those. While the staff handled it well...we waited 18 minutes in the drive-thru..even after we called ahead. Now I have worked food service for 5 years. 3 of which I was in shift leader or higher position, so I know how annoying it is to have someone come through really late with a big order, hence calling AHEAD. The first person asked if we were ready to order and we told them we needed some more time to figure out our order. About a minute later a very miserable and aggressive woman starts yelling very aggravated demanding we order immediately and we say we’re sorry we were trying to figure out order out until that point there were not any cars behind us. Then someone pulled up behind and we said ok we’ll hurry up. We tried to order the 8piece family meal. And the woman asked us which sides. We said fries and the woman now screams like an animal “WHAT SIDES DO YOU WANT, SIIIIIIIIIDES!?!?!” We started to respond with our sides again but At that point because of her agitation we decided we weren’t comfortable eating food from an establishment where the person preparing it is already angry when we had done nothing to warrant that.
