Disappointed with the service of the manager. I purchased a limited time sandwich and they messed up on it because they overcooked the fried pickles I took one bite and it was nasty tossed all those fried pickles in the garabage and so I called the next moring no answer. So I showed up at the drive-through and plead my case. The manager comes says they can't do it, and she giving me some run down. So I figured I dont want to hold up the line so I park and go in plead my case again wait another 5 min for the manager to speak again more clearly and I simply wanted it swapped for there other limited time sandwich the bourbon because I already know they are the same price and ive gotten the other one before and liked it so I was going with what I know would be good and they couldn't mess up twice on. She didn't want to do that says oh you should have called... guess what? You're not busy in there, and nobody answered the phone, and the mailbox is full, of course, so there is no leaving a message she had nothing to say once I brought that up. I was respectful and patient and had my time wasted. I literally had the physical sandwich with me as proof, and the digital receipt and best she gave me was half off the sandwich. Why would I pay again for someone else's mistake on my sandwich and then to fix it pay a little less?? You sound crazy my wallet was in my car, and I was not making another trip back in.

Read moreI just left from here. And I called and spoke to a manager named Krista. I get on drive thru line at 10:15am, there are a few cars ahead of me and I get to the speaker at about 10:23am. I place my order and the young lady(I didn't get her name) says "Oh we're on lunch" well "What time does lunch start?" She responds right now!" "But the sign says 10:30 for breakfast" "She just changed the sign so we're on lunch now"
I did see her change the sign around, but she can't change time or the policy.
I called the store after leaving the line and the manager on duty, Krista, started to say the same lines until I asked her was that the company policy? When the sign changes we serve whatever you want regardless of the time? Then the tune changed.
I'm sure that is not the policy of burger king nor the Carroll's corporation who owns the local franchise locations in this area.
Krista then apologized and said that she would speak to the young lady. What good does that do in this situation? Maybe it is preventative for next time but I won't give this location...

I think the biggest problem is every worker that has walked past me from coming from outside either from the side door or back door by the cooks.
