If you're on the hunt for a pizza joint that serves top-quality slices while embracing the essence of a city neighborhood, look no further than Buck's Pizzeria in Niagara Falls. Our recent visit left us raving about their seriously excellent pizza and the warm, old-school neighborhood customer service that made us feel right at home.
Pizza Perfection: Buck's Pizzeria unquestionably serves some of the best pizza we've ever had. The quality of their pies is nothing short of top-notch.
A Taste of Generosity: While we were awaiting our order, the friendly staff surprised us with a complimentary "sample slice" to satisfy our taste buds. It was a small gesture, but it showcased their commitment to customer satisfaction and hospitality.
The Heart of the Neighborhood: One thing that truly stood out was the bustling yet cozy atmosphere. Even though only a few parties were dining in, the continuous stream of carry-out customers highlighted just how popular this place is. The real charm, however, lies in the way the staff interacts with the locals. They seemed to know every regular by name, and their friendly banter created a warm, welcoming vibe that made us feel like we were part of the neighborhood, despite being out-of-towners.
Food-Centric Ambiance: It's clear that the focus is on delivering top-notch food and exceptional service, not on extravagant surroundings. The ambiance is straightforward and functional. Don't expect white tablecloths or fancy décor here. The booths are what you might find in a fast-food joint, but impeccably clean and well-maintained. This isn't a complaint by any means; it's simply part of the authentic experience.
In Conclusion: Our visit to Buck's Pizzeria left us amazingly satisfied, and we're already planning our return the next time we're in the area. If you're seeking a slice of top-notch pizza, and genuine neighborhood hospitality, this pizzeria is a must-visit. Don't let the street parking or unassuming décor deter you; the real treasure is in the mouthwatering pizzas and the warm, welcoming embrace of the...

HERE WE GO:I was really disappointed with my personal experience at Buck's Pizzeria. The restaurant was noticeably dirty and poorly maintained—definitely not what you expect when going out to take a meal. What really concerned me was the lack of hygiene behind the counter and the poorly maintained store in front. Staff were handling both money and food without changing gloves or washing hands, which is a serious red flag for any food establishment.
As for the food itself, the pizza dough was undercooked and chewy in a way that made it nearly inedible. The cheese had no flavor and honestly reminded me of cardboard. I had high hopes, for the 4.7 star rating but overall, it was a very unpleasant experience. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend it unless some major improvements are made. As a paying customer, I simply shared my honest experience with the hope that it might lead to improvements. Cleanliness and food safety are basic expectations in any restaurant, and I gave my feedback accordingly. I understand not every business or owner are open to criticism and wish a customer not to return instead of welcoming back to prove it wrong, and that’s your choice—just as it’s mine to leave a review based on what I experienced. Wishing you the best moving forward. Before you judge, please read what I originally said: “Maybe mine was a bad experience.” I was only trying...

From the moment we walked in, the owner made us feel incredibly welcome, engaging us in lively conversations and making us feel like old friends from Pittsburgh.
Not only was the food served instantly and piping hot, but the genuine kindness and generosity of the owner were evident in every interaction. To our astonishment, he doubled our pizza order as a complimentary gesture and even threw in extra wings for us. He went above and beyond by making the wings order into 2 half, allowing us to savor a variety of tastes.
What truly touched us was the owner’s hospitality, even though he knew we were just visiting Niagara and might not return. His warmth and thoughtfulness made our visit memorable, showing that he genuinely cares about his customers, whether they’re locals or travelers passing through.
If you find yourself in Niagara, don’t miss out on the chance to experience the delicious food and extraordinary hospitality. It’s not just a meal; it’s a heartwarming experience that you’ll remember long...
