if i could give this place 0 stars i would, i was taking an uber from this location and my phone died while the uber was confirming so i didn’t know if it had confirmed. I went inside and when i reached the desk the employees didn’t even acknowledge me but had looked at me and continued having their own conversation, finally a woman asked what did i need, i asked if either of them had an iphone charger i could borrow to charge my phone and see if my uber was confirmed. For context i’m not from niagara falls and was visiting a friend, also i’m only 18 years old and was treated in the following manner by this employee. I went back outside i didn’t know what to do so i just asked whoever was going in the store if they had a charger i could borrow while they shopped, i’m not asking for money or nothing like that, i notice their snapple truck was there and I thought to myself he must have a charger in his truck that i could borrow while he unloads everything i could maybe borrow it, so i ask him and he ignores me kinda and the same lady i spoke to in the beginning comes out and yells at me to get away from the distributor and i tell her that i’m only asking for a charger, the same question i had asked her a few minutes ago, i tell the lady that i don’t know who she thinks i am but i’m only asking for a charger i’m not a drug addict i’m not asking for money and that i’m only 18 and i’m trying to go home, she then says well i don’t know if your trying to steal from our distributor, which i wasn’t. this women was also watching me the whole time after this interaction while she smoked her cigarette with half her body still inside the 7/11 and even throws her cigarette in my direction when she’s done. eventually the uber gets there thankfully and gets me out of this hell hole. Read moreThis store, its manager, the district manager, and the corporate players leave a lot to be desired. Some time ago, I had asked for 2 slices of pizza. The employee, not newly hired, had given me the only slice left, along with a fresh piece right out of the oven. After seeing only one slice removed from the tray, I had discovered the older slice under the new slice in the box. I had then asked the employee about it and she had replied that the older slice was still fresh, as it was only 20 minutes old (if that was even the truth). I do NOT call that fresh! I should have received 2 slices of the SAME quality. I should not have received both a chewy slice and a crunchy slice. I had then complained to Customer Service, but the store manager had not bothered to call me back. I had called CS back, and I had stated that I wanted to speak with the district manager. He also could not be bothered to call me back. So, I had then called CS back, yet again, was able to speak with someone on the corporate level, who had stated that they do not like to waste product. She had also said that someone would get back to me, which no one did, resulting in 711 had being totally unresponsive. I have not purchased a thing from them since and will not, in the future. When customers order more slices than what are in the current tray, they should make sure that they will ONLY be given the fresh slices, BEFORE they pay. Read moreI placed a DoorDash pickup order which was not fulfilled because the items were out of stock; however, the store manager, Kelly, only told me this after I travelled to the store. Even worse, Kelly marked my order complete, and insisted that only DoorDash could cancel the order and when I told her that DoorDash could not cancel the order because it was marked as complete she told me DoorDash was lying. In the end I paid for the goods and did not get them. DoorDash refused to refund because the store marked it as complete.
