Rent-A-Center — Local services in City of Niagara Falls

I went to rent a center because I rented from them years ago and was completely happy with their service. Until I wanted to rent years later went to Pine Ave in the Falls. Had all my delivery and payment set I wanted to add a electric stove . She proceeded to tell me they won't rent the stove me unless I make 6 to 8 payments to them for my bed I said are you serious if that's the case I will be canceling my order . She said ok that's fine . To make a good customer take their business elsewhere is completely absurd and quite frankly unprofessional and a complete lack of costumer service on making their customers happy. I've gotten a few things from them and been satisfied every time. Last year I got a fireplace that came to me with a door falling off. I did same as cash so it was paid off in the 90 day time frame. A different manager was there at the time of my purchase and promised he would replace it but we had to wait until the fireplace came back in stock this season. The new manager, a young lady, made sure I still got a new fireplace to replace the broken one that was sent to me. And it's much nicer then the one I paid for. Thank you so much. And y'all know your going to keep getting my money. Just ordered a new living room set to go with the new fireplace....

I’m not happy at all I have been waiting for a part for my fridge over a year and my main location was on pine the management was awful it seem like there was a new manager every month and now that location has closed now I’m dealing with the pine ave location I told them my problem with the other location and guy was nice he said he would put in order for part and he said 3 weeks and 3 weeks I called and I was told that the part was never ordered if they could not get this part than I should of receive a different refrigerator and now I will be paid off this month and still haven’t received the part...
