So to start off I want to say the food and staff were great. Very polite and the food was served fast and was good. The location was horrendous, after just being remodeled it is unusable. The old parking next to the building is now two lanes for the drive-thru unfortunately they didn't remove the old yellow parking lines. They literally ran the new lines and text right over the old lines, some of the words are unreadable. So of course there were people parking in the drive-thru lanes adding to the confusion. So after parking far away from the building because all the parking spots next to the building have been eliminated, yes you have to walk across two lanes of traffic now to get into the building. Inside its all redone and the tables are in a row so you sit right next to other people, I guess after covid we want to crame people together like sardines. There were two high rise tables that looked like they were installed backwards, the high support post was outward and the rounded end was against the wall. Maybe this is the new thing. Lol.. Don't try and sit down though, the chairs are some kind of highchair looking thing that jab your sides with wire. I can say I will never go back to McDonald's, there the only fast food restaurant that doesn't offer safe parking next to the building. I never thought about it until I was confronted with it today but every McDonald's I know, now makes you cross oncoming traffic to get inside, yet no other company does this....
Read moreI went to a McDonalds in North Tonawanda, NY off of Meadow drive , and there was a sign on the front door stating that the store closes between 2 and 3:30 everyday due to the teenagers being let out of school and the teenagers endanger the safety of the crew and customers. This is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. I had a counter pick up and was unable to pick it up due to the doors being locked and that sign being posted on the door. This is absurd. I also had my toddler with me and she couldn't use the bathroom since it was closed in the middle of the afternoon. This is poor management and something needs to be done about it. If teenagers are a hassle then have a cop patrol it. A store should Not close over teenagers. Theres got to be a better way. This is a disservice to...
Read moreFun place. Fell on a wet floor on Friday December first. Took 20 minutes to get a manager to talk to me, when my wife reported the fall they sent two people over to mop and put up a wet floor sign. No one ever asked me how bad I was hurt, and the manager who made the report tried to claim the sign was up when I fell. He refused to take a report from 5 witnesses claiming they were minors and he couldn't ask them what they saw. Then they told me to go to the MASH Unit with the report for medical attention. Didn't ask if I needed assistance getting to my car. MASH tried to charge me $140. Still haven't heard from corporate, and when I called about it I was given an '800' number and told there was nothing they can do. Not even asked how I was doing...
