Renna's Pizza West — Restaurant in City of Olean

Capable of producing good food but their staff is awful. We ordered two fish fry's along with a couple slices of pizza and was told it would be 20 minutes. They were not very busy and we patiently waited in the dining area for our number to be called. We even ordered a dessert to go after waiting for almost 30 minutes. And then after waiting 40 minutes, we noticed that people who ordered well after us were getting food, and the numbers being called were several numbers after ours. When we inquired about our order, they looked around, found it, and gave it to us cold. They said we must have missed them calling the order, even though we were nearby the entire time and paying attention because we were hungry. And they could clearly see us standing around waiting while everyone else was getting food. And a couple of the staff, including the one who took our order, were doing nearly nothing the entire time. The staff did not know how long the food sat there, or when it had been ready, but the fish was luke warm and fries were cold. They could have told us it was ready when we bought the dessert, or if it wasn't ready, checked on the status. But nobody offered anything more than a quick "sorry about that." I like Renna's in the mall, but the staff at Mia Gelato is much slower...

Decided to dine in, and it was probably the worst experience of my life. We showed up at 6:15 and after we ordered $50 worth of food, the cashier said “Just want to let you know, we close at 7, so you should have enough time to eat before then.” We also ordered a pound of boneless wings, and asked for half BBQ and half garlic. Right after the cook said “You know, you can’t order half and half right?!” The cashier then argued back that their shouldn’t be any issue ordering it that way. So we awkwardly sat down and waited for our food to come, which took about 20 minutes which was fine. But at this point, we had less than 20 minutes before they close so we had to rush and eat our food. My father in law went to use the restroom and we were picking up our food, and the cook rudely shouted out “Make sure you pick up your garbage and bring up the tray!!!” I have worked in customer service for 5+ years and I would never treat anyone like that, especially to my customers in a business setting. Sorry to say that this place has gone downhill. I've tried several times giving it another chance. This last time we met some family there. It was their choice to go because I've had terrible experiences the last couple of times. Food was over $120 before tip for 2 very soupy pizzas, 20 wings, and 5 drinks. The woman checking us out was slightly rude at first. Then she chilled out but seemed to be very distracted as we had to repeat our order several times and she still forgot half our wings and ranch dip which you have to pay for even with an order of wings. The wings were $19 for 10 wings, and the meat was tough. We ordered 20 or so, we thought. When the food came up, there were only 10 wings for 7 people, so I had to place another order for 10 more and wait for them to make another batch.
