Unfortunately i have to give this a star. Even though its not worth even one star. We are traveling in our camper too high to go thru the drive thru. I walked in the lobby no one was in the dining room, obviously the covid has it closed. I had my mask on and was told by staff the dining area is closed. I told them i know i have a camper too tall to go thru the drive thru. They again told me i couldnt be in there. So i said ok thank you and left. No one offered to accommodate our situation, maybe take the order and let me wait outside. I knew what we were going to order. I am very disappointed with the lack of decent service. So here we are inside McDonald's with masks on getting our order taken by smater individuals who can figure stuff out. Stopped to grab dinner on my way home from work, went through the drive through, as I pulled away I stopped and checked my items. I was given someone else's order by mistake, so I went inside and told them they started remaking my original order, so I waited probably 10 minutes and they gave my bag. I went back to my car and again before I left I double checked everything, and somehow I was missing items from my original order. So I had to go back inside and let them know, so I was stuck waiting yet again for the last two items that I had originally ordered. Just found this location in Oneida. I travel for work so always eating at LJS's where ever I go.
This was my 3rd visit in 4 days. Brought my mom the 1st time we both were suprised by the quality and freshness.
We drove from Rome, an hour drive round trip. But, was worth it.
