If there was another one closer, I would choose to go there. The service is terrible. Everyone that is actually working in there,seem horribly miserable. They constantly get things wrong. I always customize my sandwiches and ask for extra sauce (ketchup, mustard, Mac,etc). When they get that part right and actually put the extra "whatever sauce" on there, it's all over the place. The sandwich wrapper is barely folded, the bun is visible and the sauce is smeared all over the packaging because they've added so much "extra". Like the person making it is being a wise-guy. "You want extra? OK, here you go! " They have two ordering drive-thru lanes. I've gone through there many times and had to wait for someone to take my order from the lane I was in, while the other lane took several orders. The other day, I drove up, no one in either lane. I waited and waited. Even said "hello?" Another car drives up in the other lane and someone takes their order right away. Meanwhile, I'm still waiting! Another car drives up in the other lane and it happened again...I drove off! That is just rude to keep taking orders from the other lane. One more thing. The new drink machines are stupid. I always order my soda with extra ice. If a person was filling the cup, they would put EXTRA ice in it. The machine? It gives you like 8 little cubes of ice...
Read moreI called asking to speak to a manager. The manager I spoke to said her name was Jamie when I asked. I explained that I had just come through the drive thru and half of my order was missing and I wanted a refund. I told her I was not given a receipt. I paid exact change $20.06 I believe it was. She immediately had an attitude asking me to bring the food back. I drove all the way home, I told her I am not bringing everything back. I had two kids that got whatever was actually in the bag. Which was sauces for the burritos, syrup for the pancakes, silverware (no napkins)… pancakes and 1 sandwich. I wouldn’t usually ask for a refund but because this isn’t the first time I didn’t want to bother with the rest of the order. I guess I am more concerned with the fact that Jamie kept cutting me off on the phone, had an attitude, got loud with me… and then proceeded to tell me the whole conversation was had in front of the Assistant. lol what a world we live in where arguing with customers IN FRONT of the ASM is a thing now. I was a GM for McDonald’s and Burger King… I NEVER allowed that. Whatever is going on in Jamie’s life… I truly hope she can separate it from the job she was hired to do. Because it won’t be good in the long run for her. Especially working...
Read moreI'm from OH and in the drive thru ordered a hot mocha latte which is something on the menu and their website. We paid and after a few minutes they had us pull off to a wait lane to wait on my coffee. After about 10 mins, they brought out a luke warm something that was not in any fashion what I ordered. Had to go in and show them the ingredients to my drink (listed on their website) and even then it was another few minutes before they attempted it telling me I should have ordered as a hot mocha.. instead of a hot mocha latte. I pointed at the exact item I ordered on their website and showed them I was correct in ordering and they still just were thrown for a loop. The final result wasn't perfect but I left with it as I needed caffeine. Arguing with me is the part that bugged me. I'm a patient person and don't like to complain much but don't tell me I'm wrong when the exact info is on the...
