How about some honesty!! Lately these nighttime workers have fallen short with their tasks! Just now, fries weren’t even cooked all the way! Friday 4:30pm, no line… the past couple months have been awful for door dashers and customers alike! They sit in the window talking or stay in the back not to be seen and even leave the light off in the evening for drive through and refuse to answer the drive through mic as they leave the indoor doors locked and lights off also. ( this has happened 5 times to us, 3 to another, and twice to another and she won’t go back!) The black haired boy, is rude and lied to our faces because he refuses to fold the bags and put stickers on them which door dash requires to ensure no one and nothing has gotten into the food but the workers, and he has been spoken to about this. The blond girl is always lost and just does what he says, even when she knows it’s wrong. She is usually just staring at the monitor and no, she is not new as He claims! When we came back for a clients drink they forgot, for we cannot see the item list for Wendy’s until we confirm, we waited in another line of 3 cars for 10 minutes. We finally just walked up knowing he probably had it poured and could just hand it out and he gave us sass and lip service, I stood there, he finally just handed it out the window. The General manager says they ALWAYS have stickers, showed us 3000, and they are trained to be polite and understanding, the quickness comes, but not with their unstable readiness, uncaring attitudes and rudeness, it never will. Don’t work at a place you don’t enjoy, everyone is hiring right now! The cleanliness has gone down indoors, when they had the doors open yesterday, the dining room had a funk to it! Read moreLobby cash register was closed. I was given drive through only option, with an option to then eat in the lobby. The family opted to take it home given the Hassel. Ordered 2 biggie bags, a salad and a burger meal. One of the biggie bags was a chicken sandwich. That had us waiting 25 minutes for. I asked if they had something like a dollar neve cheap chicken sandwich. Which I was told no. That the cheapest chicken sandwich would run about 5 bucks. I brought up the 2 dollar chicken sandwich on the biggie bag menus and they told me they didn't have anything like that. After waiting almost a half hour, I got the food. Which was cold and really un-enjoyable. If I should have forced a refund. But to save confrontation I just took the food and left. Never to return. So as I left. Fuming about a 25 minute wait on a biggie bag chicken sandwich. I pulled into McDonald's. Seriously. Ordered paid and received a 2 dollar chicken sandwich within 3 minutes. Read moreI placed a mobile order. When I got to the drive thru, nobody was in line, but it took 3 minutes for someone to talk on the intercom, to tell them that I had a mobile order. I was asked to pull up to the window. I was given my drink and asked to move ahead and they would bring my order out when it was finished. Still nobody in line at the drive thru and it didn't appear to have anybody inside either. However, 2 employees appeared out back to have cigarettes and I was still waiting for my order (breakfast combo). When I finally received my order, the potatoes were cold and my sausage, egg & cheese biscuit didn't have any egg on it and wasn't even hot. You would think if I waited over 10 minutes for a MOBILE order that it would be HOT when it came out!
