B Side Ballroom & Supper Club — Restaurant in City of Oneonta

B Sides is a great spot in town! The food is consistently delicious, and I love that they change up the menu regularly. We visited recently for the SUNY Oneonta student music performance night, which was a lot of fun!

I ordered the salmon with carrots and mashed potatoes—the fish was cooked perfectly, and the potatoes really hit the spot. I also tried the hot honey margarita special, which was tasty and definitely brought the heat (as advertised!).Our friends ordered the wing appetizers, which they really enjoyed—and they looked delicious!

It was great to see such a good turnout for the event. The service is always friendly, though a bit on the slower side. That night, they seemed a little understaffed, but the owner even stepped in to help, which was great to see.

Overall, it’s absolutely worth a visit—whether you’re in town, on a date, or out...

Giving two stars because I've been here before and the atmosphere and food were wonderful, however went recently with a friend and were greeted and sat right away by the supposed owner. We were seated in a secluded, concealed area and were told that he would tell a server that we were there. Thirty minutes pass and no one ever came. I have worked in food service for years, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt even though it was only mildly busy. I saw the "owner" look at us several times and didn't do anything. We decided to just leave since we were hungry and as we were leaving the "owner" asked us what was wrong and we told him that no one had come and that we were going to go somewhere else. He just apologized, laughed it off, and patted my shoulder. Really disappointing since we were looking...

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Whether you are coming to dine or drink, you are in for a treat. When you step inside you don’t feel like you are in Oneonta and the good vibes radiate. The staff is always so friendly and attentive. I’ve never had to wait too long at the bar and have ended up with several free drinks and shots. I’ve had the pleasure of talking to the owner a couple of times, he’s a super nice and fun guy. Basically they just want everyone to have a good time. They have music quite often which is a nice touch. I would recommend making reservations for dinner. They book up pretty often.
