In addition to very inviting atmosphere, the latte lounge adjacent renders one's senses into a pleasantly relaxed state upon entry, when the aromatic scent of multiple styles of brewed coffee wafts over to the entrance. The staff was attentive, but not invasive, and informative and friendly. The loyalty program certainly piqued my interest and Ill be sure to visit again when I need to bolster my bookcase!
