Zero stars is not an option. So I have ordered from here for years but in the last year they have made the most mistakes possible. They have sent me the wrong food, they have missed items that I ordered. When you call them they have every excuse as to why and then they make their mistake last priority when having it re delivered. Tonight I ordered baked clams, which I have ordered many times before. The pizza & fries were soggy. They sent the order of clams with out the lemon, I called and asked for a new order to be sent with lemon since by the time they would've brought me just the lemon slices the clams would be cold. The women put me on hold for 5 mins then hung up. I called back and spoke with a man who was had an attitude and proceeded to tell me it was "insane" for them to make a new order of clams and that they would only send me the lemon. I then asked for a refund because I would not be eating cold clams. They agreed to give me a "credit", I asked why if they were willing to give me a credit why they couldn't just send out another order. The man replied cause the driver wouldn't make it (they would be closing in an hour in fifteen mins). Which was a clear contradiction, I'm sure they would be taking other orders and the delivery man would make those without an issue. Again they made their mistake last priority. The man must of felt like a fool because he just hung up the phone, guess he ran out of excuses. When I called back they wouldn't answer the phone so I had to drive over there and asked for a cash refund. Before I could finish my sentence the women was already taking the money out the register. I don't know how they thought that situation was going to end but the fact that they were so rude to a regular and loyal customer after I have been so understanding and continued providing them business after the many times I have had an issue with them was appalling. Every time I order from here I have a problem. I’ve been coming for the past year and always had the same order. Slices and a grilled chicken salad. Every time ordering from here, I have to check the bag, and my food to see if everything I paid for is in the bag. They will forget dressing, put the wrong toppings on and have to constantly correct them. I only go once in awhile now but it seems like whenever I order they change the ingredients that go in the salad. At one point it was black olives, then it’s hollow green olives, then they have pits in them. They never tell you when it changes. Because of this I’ve bit down on one of these olives and hurt my tooth because there was no warning whatsoever when previous weeks they were hollow. This place is never consistent and almost always disappoints and leaves me frustrated. It’s expensive for low quality service and food. What you get one day will never be the same the next. Tonight I ordered a large house salad with chicken on the side with extra ranch. I specifically asked what kind of olives are in the salad and I was told hollow. I got home missing a ranch, the chicken was in the salad and not on the side, and once again biting into an olive with a pit. I’ve called and complained plenty of times before and the service never changes. The servers are always polite and friendly, and try to make things right, but the restaurant needs to find some...

I have never been so disgusted! We ordered a pie with pepperonis but instead we got served with a pie full of hair! I called the waitress showed her , she looked at me like OK as if that’s on everyday routine, she didn’t see anything wrong with hair all over the food , I immediately asked her to take the pizza away from our table I see her showing the hairs to a guy who was making the pies .The guy is just picking his nose, while with the other hand, he’s mixing the dough , I called the waitress and asked her for our bill for the two sodas we had drunk they had the nerve to charge me for a pie that we did not even touch, but my husband’s attitude is not very good, so to avoid problems, I payed for the pie!!! I would never go back to this place I would never recommend anyone to go to this place unless you like Hair’s and boogers and who knows what else on your food . We are very disappointed. Specially, since we’ve been going to eat in this place for very long time , way before they joined with brother Bruno so yes we are very disappointed.
