Abbott's Frozen Custard — Restaurant in City of Rochester

Husband and I asked for two cups with both chocolate almond and vanilla ice cream. The worker was yawning and brought us one chocolate and one vanilla. We repeated the order. She seemed mad. And remade order only to bring us back one ice cream cup with vanilla. We repeated the order again and she got it wrong again and seemed even more mad. Finally she brought us back both ice creams with half vanilla and half chocolate but it was still wrong because it was supposed to be chocolate almond and vanilla. In the mean time we asked if there was something going on with her because she seemed particularly angry. And unable to focus. Horrible experience. I believe her name is Kayla who served me. She got the order wrong ( after she even wrote down what I said.) I told her when she handed them to me and then argued with me and told me it was “how I said it.” She took the ice cream and threw it in the garbage without saying anything else. Seemed a little aggressive for a simple mistake. They weren’t even busy so I don’t want to hear the excuse “short staffed, overworked.” I’ll continue to go to the one on the corner where those employees are...

Lacks professionalism. Only 1 person out of the 3 workers were actually working when we went there, and the one who was working spent more time talking then actually working so it took forever for us to get 4 cones.
