This place is awesome! If you are a fan of greasy spoon diners, this is the place for you. The atmosphere is very chill, the kind waitress said I could just sit down anywhere when I came in. I noticed a lot of the folks seemed to be regulars and know each other. It had good vibes. They have excellent weekday morning breakfast specials, I was able to get eggs, grits, toast, bacon, and coffee for $10. And it came out within 5 minutes of my ordering it hot and perfect! Will definitely be back.

All the food we had was very good, but what we especially enjoyed was the clientele and the servers — it was clearly a neighborhood hangout with lots of regulars; folks were waving at each other across the diner and greeting other patrons as they came in, so it had a "one big happy family" vibe, and at the same time my partner and I felt warmly welcomed by the waitstaff and the other customers. Read moreIt was around 1:30 Saturday afternoon that we stopped there for lunch and I ordered a Reuben sandwich, probably the worst Reuben I have ever been served! The meat did not even smell or taste like corned beef and there was very little sauerkraut and hardly any Russian dressing on it. The best thing about it was the grilled bread. So I took off all the supposed corned beef and just ate the grilled bread and whatever cheese was melted on it. Some say they have good breakfast meals, but I doubt that I will risk eating...
