Subway — Restaurant in Town of Gates

Walked in to pick up my online order and gave my name. My sub hadn't been made yet but they said they were starting on it. While I was waiting 3 other guys walked in and got in line. After the 2 people the women behind the counter were helping were done, they proceeded to make the sandwiches (and flirt with) the three guys who had come in after me. 2 more people came in and ordered and got their food and I was still waiting. When I told the woman behind the counter this she proceeded to become rude and obnoxious. Then she said that I had to wait for my turn and that just because I'm white doesn't mean I own everything. Then my sub came out and it was wrong. I waited in the store for over 35 minutes to pick up an online order. I will never come back to this...

This location, even though it closes at 11 pm per the Subway.com website, takes food away and does not have it for offer at 9:20 pm. Please choose better sources. This place does not deserve your business. I asked for a meatball sub and the employee says "she just put the meatballs away", i said ok thanks, however i drove to this subway because the prior subway was closed at 8:44 pm even though the website says it will close at 9pm (lyell Ave location). So that’s two subways in a row that were not able to accommodate my patronage. The employee was not rude, but, was not however not accommodating. Especially since the specific location was to be open for at least 1.5hrs more. I will not be going back to this Lyell...

Wanted to get a roast beef sub, however, they did not have any. I'm not sure why. Ended up getting ham and Swiss wich was good. Prices seem to keep going up at the subways. And not alot of meat is put on the sandwiches. I bet that they have to charge more because they are getting less and less buisness. If they loaded up the meat, and made the sandwiches more filling, they would get more buisness. More customers and they should always have every kind of meat. Expecially when that's all you do is sandwiches. Not having all the choices is frustrating to customers. Hooefully the subways dont okay disapear. But it kinda looks like that may happen in a few years if they dont change...
